LimitlessMind sells research peptides to laboratories and researchers. This page says what we collect when you order, why we need it, who else sees it, and how to reach us. We do not sell or rent your information.
What we collect
- Your order: the products, strengths, quantities and prices you chose, and the order reference and date.
- Contact details: name, email address and phone number.
- Shipping address: street, city, state or region, postal code and country.
- Payment choice and notes: which method you picked (Bitcoin, Venmo, or a card invoice we email) and anything you typed in the notes box.
- Basic visit counts: page views and visitor counts (Vercel Web Analytics). It sets no cookies and keeps no profile of you; your IP address is used only in passing to count the visit.
We never collect card numbers, bank details or crypto wallet keys on this site. Card payments are handled by an invoice we email you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
- We do not send marketing email. We only reply about your order.
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we need it
To price and confirm your order, to answer you, to take payment, to pack and ship your parcel, and to keep the business records the law requires.
How your order reaches us
When you place an order, our site emails it to us. If that fails, the site falls back to opening your own email app with the order text, and you send it yourself — in that case your email provider handles it as it would any email you write.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel — hosts this site and the order function. Its request logs can include your IP address for a short time.
- Resend — delivers our order and status emails. It keeps the email content for about 30 days.
- ImprovMX and Google (Gmail) — forward and hold our mailbox, where your order email arrives and stays until we clear it out.
- Neon — our database. Today it holds our staff sign-ins; order records move into it as we roll our back office out.
- Shipping carriers — receive your name and address so your parcel can reach you.
Each one is used only to run the order, and only gets what it needs for that. These services are run mainly from the United States, so that is where your details are usually processed; an international parcel is handled by carriers in the destination country.
Your bag stays in your browser
Items you add are saved in your own browser (local storage) so the bag survives a reload. Nothing is sent to us until you place the order.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for the order and for our tax and business records — for a completed order that is usually up to seven years. Emails stay in our mailbox until we clear them out.
Your choices
Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We do what we can, but we have to keep records of completed orders for the period above.
If you are in California, you can ask what we collected, ask us to delete it, and you have the right not to be treated differently for asking. We do not sell or share personal information. If you are in the UK or the EU, you can also ask for a copy of your data, object to how we use it, or complain to your data protection authority. Write to the address below and say what you want; we answer as soon as we can, normally within 30 days and always within the time your local law allows.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Order records sit in a private database that only the people who run LimitlessMind can open, each with their own sign-in. Nothing about vendors, costs or other customers is ever shown on this site.
Age
This site is for people aged 18 or over who buy for laboratory research. It is not for children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
