Terms of sale

These terms cover everything you buy from LimitlessMind. By placing an order you accept them.

Research use only

Everything we sell is for laboratory research only. It is not a medicine, not a supplement and not food. It is not for human or animal consumption, and not for any use in or on the body. We give no dosage, no directions for use and no advice about effects, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Who may order

When you order you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you are buying for laboratory research, and that you are qualified to handle, store and dispose of research chemicals safely. You are responsible for following the laws and rules that apply where you are, including import rules.

How an order works

1. You choose items on the site and place the order. That sends us your order by email.
2. We reply with payment instructions, or with a card invoice.
3. An order becomes binding only when we accept it in that reply. We may decline any order.
4. We ship after payment clears.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time; the date of the current price list is shown in the footer. Kit prices step down at 5 and at 20 kits of the same item. We accept Bitcoin, Venmo, or payment of a card invoice we email. No tax is added. We never collect card numbers on this site.

Shipping

Retail shipping is $35 flat, and free on orders of $500 or more. Partner shipping is $50 flat. Where the carrier and service offer tracking, we email you the tracking number when your parcel leaves. Delivery times depend on the carrier and, for international orders, on customs; any duties or import charges are yours to pay.

Problems, returns and refunds

Because of what we sell, we cannot take goods back once they have shipped. We do put problems right: if an order arrives damaged, if the wrong item was sent, or if the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, tell us within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for a lost parcel) and we will normally replace the items or refund them — we choose which, after we have looked at what happened. Please keep the packaging and send photographs where you can. We cannot help with items that were used or stored outside the conditions on the label, or where a lost parcel was signed for at your address — except where opening the packaging was the only way to find the fault.

Refunds go back the way you paid. A Bitcoin payment is refunded in Bitcoin, for the US-dollar amount you paid, at the rate on the day we refund.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time before we ship. If you already paid, we refund what you paid, by the same method.

No warranty beyond the goods themselves

Products are sold as they are, for research. Apart from the promises on this page, we give no warranties of any kind, including any warranty that a product is fit for a particular purpose.

Our limit of liability

Where the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for any use of a product that goes against these terms.

Your promise to us

If you use a product on a person or an animal, or break the law with it, you are responsible for what follows, and you agree to cover our costs if we are brought into a claim about it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, and disputes belong to the courts of New Jersey.
